Finally purchased my first tractor

After shopping the used market for months without any luck, I had decided to purchase new. I decided on Mahindra and went to look and price various models to see what my budget would allow. I really liked the 3016 model but it was a little outside my budget. I also liked the Max 28xl and had pretty much decided I would purchase the Max after hunting season was over this month. Well, last weekend while watching my daughter's basketball game, I pulled up CL on my phone and lo and behold there was a 2013 model 3016 for sale less than 20 miles from me.

Long story short, I was able to purchase a Mahindra 3016 shuttle with only 15hrs on it, FEL, as well as a new 5ft box blade for the same price as I would have paid for the Max 28xl. Needless to say I am very happy although somewhat in debt. If it will just stop raining long enough for me to get out and start learning how to use it

Thomas, unfortunately I am the last of my Thornton name. I have two daughters so looks like ours will die with me. Hopefully not for a while though
