Oil & Fuel First oil change on B7800

I drained the oil but didn't have a wrench to get the filter off, so I waited until the next day to take off the oil filter. As I unscrewed it, it only dripped a couple drops of oil which surprised me. When I took it off completely, and looked in it, it looked clean! I let it sit over night and the next day I could see jut a little oil at the bottom. My first thought was that oil was not passing through the filter. Is that possible, or being up high and horizontal, does the oil just flow out of it when the engine is off?

The oil just flows out of it as the engine cools. It's just a by product of the filter being mounted in a horizontal position. If the oil wasn't going through the filter than you would have encountered a blockage problem by now.

I wish my cars filter would drain back like that. Every time I unscrew the filter, I get a whole handful of oil... but yes, you are just encountering drain back into the sump.
