Flat tire, now what?

Almost any rural service station can get your tires, or Miller Tire or Firestone Ag will have them.

This is the exact problem I just experienced both with Hoye and GCR. They both showed they had the tires in inventory, then come to find out several days after waiting they didn't have them after all. It's really frustrating. GCR didn't even have the courtesy to call me back. At least Hoye called back after 2 days. I still thought that was excessive because they told me they were going to ship the day I ordered.

I'm sorry to hear that you have had so many problems getting your tires and I'm especially sorry that we played a big part in that. The delay to get you called back was absolutely excessive and we should have had those tires in stock. There is no arguing that. I do remember that day and your order. There was a frantic hunt to try to find the missing tires and to figure out why the inventory numbers were off. Before we knew it the day was over. Selling tires during the first weeks of spring weather is usually chaos. It is not uncommon to sell a normal month's worth of tires in a single day. Anyway.. I just got caught up on this thread and wanted to chime in here and apologize. If there is anything I can do to help just let me know.

I appreciate the reply and I am not by any means upset with your company. I think my annoyance was exacerbated by the fact I had just gone through the same thing with another company. I told the last guy I talked to that I will for sure order stuff from you in the future. I was credited back the amount I paid and so everything is fine. Thank you again.

I got my rears and fronts from local tire shop .They also installed them for A little less than what I could buy on the new with shipping. Best I remember, I've got about $800.00-$900.00 in all 4 tires and tubes. The rears are made in India the fronts are Chinese
