Loader Ford 1910 with loader slow

I checked the FEL without and implement on the rear, worked like a champ. Any ideas why this would make thed FEL work slowly? Thanks!!

I'm going back to my earlier post of a sump screen. I had a 1900 and a 2110 and both of them had a suction tube coming off the side of the trans case. It also had a round cover with 3 or 4 bolts and a screen mesh tube filter inside. Maybe you have one and maybe you don't but I don't have any other good ideas. A parts dealer could tell you if the 1910 had one..
