Ford 2000 1973 model Hydraulic back pressure bodyproblem

I have removed the return line and filter from center housing but cant figure out how to remove the back pressure body from the pipe and this has to be removed to put new filter. ANY ideas will be appreciated

I believe it has a c clip on the tube on both sides of the filter
