I thought I would put this up dump truck versus dump trailer. I went with a 1999 Chevrolet ,Last year for the C/K series it's a C3500 1 ton dually with a HEIL dump bed ,Standard cab & a 5.7 gasoline engine & as of this year only has 53,000 on it & IMHO this is better than a dump trailer because I can haul material & pull a trailer with my tractor on it & when i show up onsite I'm ready to roll on a small job site. Dump truck beats a dump trailer hands down & this size truck requires no CDL.& this truck was cheaper than a brand new trailer 6 years ago used.& this truck is new me ,I've never had a dump truck
