This is about the third time some Phord Phan posted this story somehow thinking it means the Ford is the greatest truck on earth since one truck which was "mostly stock" ran 182 mph. And by "mostly stock" Ford means:

The 2011 Ford F-250 is mostly stock, with changes to the high-pressure fuel pump, fuel injectors and turbochargers for more fuel flow. The compression ratio was also modified.

I guarantee any of the new diesel trucks can easily accomplish this only it would take less effort (i.e. no need for the engine work to lower the compression ratio) plus the Ford has the aerodynamics of a brick wall.
