Our 3930 MFWD with 8x8 shuttle was acting a bit on the sticky/sloppy side. I adjusted the linkage so there wasn't as much play and lubed all of the moving linkage parts with Fluid Film. I can't believe I was too lazy to perform this simple task in the past, as opposed to just living with it. All I can say is wow what a difference, it's smooth as can be and near effortless to shift forward/reverse. Doing loader work will be much less frustrating.
