fork price check

How much does a fork with bobtach cost? I will be visiting a dealer tomorrow to check the CT235 and just wondering what is the going price on this. My list so far if my budget allow it in one time purchase are....
CT235, boxblade or box scraper, fork and scraper blade.
Would you buy all this attachment on the dealer and keep bobcat attachment name or go elsewhere? It's going to be x'mas in May for me

While having all BC equipment would be nice, I unfortunately do not have an over abundant cash flow so I opted for other brands. The BC attachments that I priced were WAY out of my price range.

On the other hand, if you have extra cash laying around and can afford BC stuff then go for it. You are also more than welcome to send some of that my way if you have more than you can handle!

My dealer told me straight out to go down the road to the nere by farm supply store and get their stuff for half the price of the bobcat stuff.:thumbsup:

Most of the bobcat stuff is just someone elses brand painted black and labled Bobcat anyways.

Check with some local equipment rental places, they get rid of older attachments every now and then. I just picked up a set of used forks from my local rental company for $150. The cage at the top was bent a little, but the forks and plate are in great shape.

I am told this is "close" to dealer cost

My local implement dealer has 3500lb (more than heavy enough) forks for around $650. Used are tough to come by, since *everyone* is looking for a set. They usually sell for $500 or more.

I see on Bobcats website they updated it where you can build yr own tractor and attachments with list pricing anyways.

I bought mine off ebay as much as I hated to but they are 42" 3000lb new for $525 to my door.
