In the 5x4 round baler segment Vermeer sells more than NH & JD combined.
NH tedders are made by Sitrex, Kuhn & Pequea. NH wheel rakes are made by Sitrex. Sitrex also makes the Economy disc mowers for NH.

We have a new John Deere dealership in town. I went in to look around and buy some baler twine for my Vermeer 605. Parts guy said they don't stock any and that they had only one customer that they order it for. He said that EVERYONE is using net wrap now. :laughing:

Went to Tractor Supply and found 4 pallets full of twine.

So it is good to see that I am not the only one still using twine.

The last I heard was that the price of twine was about to go way up. More than double what it currently is.
