Emax 20 hst, my fuel gauge isn’t accurate. Even when I have it full it only reads between 1/2- 3/4 and as it goes down it’s not accurate so I never know the exact amount I have. Could it be a faulty gauge ?
It’s always been this way. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

My 3525 fuel gauge is not accurate, either. There seems to be a fuel float linkage on mine that has to be adjusted to get it to read accurately. I was able to get it closer to being right, but got tired of fiddling with it. I try to keep the tank full because I don't trust the gauge on mine, either.

Mine is also not accurate. But I always "stick the tank" if I need to know. Also always fill the tank after working.

Did you ever figure out the problem?
I have the same issue with my 2021 Mahindra Emax20s HST

You're bringing back a super old thread there, but for the fuel gauge reading situation on Emax and TYM SCUTS, check the fuel tank vent hose and filter that runs up and attaches to the lower part of the ROPS frame. If that's plugged, your fuel level indication can be effected.

When we made aux. fuel tanks, we would drill a #30 hole in the sender flange so you could run a fishing line to the float. Put the sender in place and pull the line to get full travel and note on the gauge what adjustment was required. Once you got it dialed in, plug the hole with a closed-end pop rivet with a dab of sealant.
