GC1710 Tier 4 Question

I am getting ready to purchase a GC1710. While reviewing the spec data in the brochure I noticed the GC1710 says it is a "2-side tier 4 final" type engine where as the other engines (1705, 1715, 1720) do not have the "2-side." I searched the net and could not find what this means. Any idea? Also on these engines is it the egr type tier 4?

Anything less than 26 HP does not need after treatment. It's tier 4 compliant without the dpf...
