Gilson 16 HP Tractor

   / Gilson 16 HP Tractor #21
I recently bought a late 60's gilson riding mower.

The little mower must weigh 500lbs or more and runs like a top.

I just used it in the back yard the other day.

Fun as heck to run because it has so many little levers to run things, even has a hydro pump to raise and lower the deck.

That tractor is not original paint, but is the same as the two my dad has. Both are Briggs powered. One is a 12hp, the other a 16hp.

Nope. And don’t care.
Funny the latest posters, myself included, don’t necessarily look at the dates. Someone blew the dust off this one.

Gilson Upgrade for a smoother ride!

Figured if suspension seats are Good for tractors they are Good for riding mowers. Should smooth out some of our rougher mowing spots and save some sore back evenings.
