I was going to rent a Ford Explorer for my drive-thru of Fossil Rim Wildlife Park in Glen Rose, TX with my grandkids. When I got to Budget Rentals, they didn't have a Ford Explorer, but rented me a very nice Ford Flex instead. I think I like the Flex better. It's very plush and has excellent seating for 6 and can seat 7. Even in the maximum seating configuration, there's room for gear and a cooler behind the back two seats. Our Pontiac Vibe has comfortable seating for 4 and 5 in a crunch, but this Flex is impressive, even if it is a little boxy.

Good afternoon all. 73F and drizzle this morning, today's high is 85F and sunny. New tub is in dura-roc is screwed in, tile is next. Also wife has to get new door old one is too short.

Brin why so much for the A/C. A can of Freaon w/ stop leak was $20. This is the second go around, added freon 4 yr ago, worked till this year then quit. Still have the hose to fill from another freon can if needed.

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes, great 61st birthday with some of my kids/grandkids.

Met Drew and Nadene today at the car show in Snow Hill, MD, very nice people as were their friends. We got our picture taken together and you might get to see my ugly mug if Drew posts it!

good evening I am beat just waiting on dark so I can hit the sack. we had yard sale today got up at 2 am so i'm done. had a great day there was a lot of people came thru, the highlands festival is this week so got all that traffic. I wore my favorite shirt to see what response I would get and not one person comented, couldn't believe it. so we finished up and took all that was left and donated to church and the guy in charge there comented on my shirt so wasn't total lose. it's all for fun anyway. everyone have a good evening

There was an overflow crowd for the wedding. Had to set out three more rows of sixteen chairs each, all the while dodging folks in fancy dress. But 200 is the magic number that makes my setup/cleanup fee go up. More work=more money.

The above post makes me want to load some Joe Walsh/James Gang on my mp3 player before I get started taking all the chairs down.

53 degrees right now...pretty foggy. A high of 70 predicted with a 50% probability of rain.

Had a really nice day, Saturday. We (wifey, dog and I) took a ride up toward Rochester VT, then sort of meandered around. Out in the "wilds" of Vermont...boy, this is a beautiful state!
