Morning all! Currently 54 heading to a cloudy 76.
Been working on a little project at my sister's house.


Hopefully will be completed soon.
Had the biggest hummingbird we've ever seen the other day! LOL.

Wife and I are heading out to the New England Botanical Garden today to check out their spring show.
Both of us are waiting on results from various medical test still. Both are doing fine anyway.
Spent some time in the shop working on a piece of maple. I colored this one with yellow, orange and red dye. It is so smooth it feels fake!
That's all for now we are getting ready to go out for our regular Tuesday breakfast meeting.

Drew, yes I did. Planned the whole project ahead of time. My helper did not show up. Only one trip up and down ladder. Ridge Cap was installed over top of Ridge Vent. Whole project on roof took about 45 minutes. Put 100 screws in 40’ of new cap. Sassy was watching from seat of Mule.

I try to take it everywhere, part of living alone.
No one will know if I fall down the stairs in my basement and break my hip, and no one will hear
it's almost like seatbelts with me, never used to be but think it's prudent now

Good morning! Wow a cool 58˚F, bet this is the last of the 50s for a long time. Heading to the mid 80s with clear skies and a light N wind.

The sellers replaced the condenser of the AC and have a part on order for the stove. The part and labor is already paid. The water damage is completely repaired and the overflow tray in the attic is dry, the main drain line is clear. I found the screens to the windows in the attic, still in the original box, never used, so that mystery is solved. The sellers seem motivated and are moving at my pace.
I will know in a few hours if the deal will close on the house and if it does start moving boxes this afternoon. The real estate office has a courtesy panel truck for their customers to move locally which I will be taking advantage of.
