Coffee is done brewing. 55° with partly cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 67° with possible thunderstorms. Got some shopping done in morning. Made a hitch for friends riding mower. Helped Son install a relay box for all the lights on his Jeep. Hit the bed early. No plans for today yet. Except afternoon visit by TBN member.

.57 in of rain yesterday in down pour more today still over four inches down but grass is beautiful. Rest of shrubs doing well three lost not so bad.

Sorry about bad neighbors gentleman we are so isolated never see ours. Have one set of neighbors never seen them

Working on walking trail again nice job several more days three employees did not show up oh well.

Good morning,
44° now highs in the low 60’s mix of sun, clouds and a possible late day shower today. We did get about 0.5” of rain over the weekend. Winds ENE 5-10 mph, dew points around 50°.

Still not a lot going on, just picking away at the junk reduction act of 2024. Need to mow again after the little bit of rain woke up the “lawn”, should be the last one of the season other than some leaf patrol later on. Grocery shopping this morning and then see what else I can get into! Happy fall, only 88 more days until winter .

Morning all!
Pretty much the same weather as NH above.
Went out to the other garage and hooked up the leaf vac to the rider. While I was out there I decide to clean up a bit and also dig out the snow blower. Put the push mower and rototiller away for the season.
Off to breakfast with the neighbor this morning and then more puttering in the garage. Might hit the shop also. Did get one project done this week. Continuing on the space ship/flying saucer theme. Found some LED's that I can wire where I want.

NH, our yard is wide awake, too, after the rain we got last week. Needs mowing again after 3 days, but it stayed wet all day yesterday.

Took Della for a hike and swim early yesterday while cool and damp...put some weight in my backpack to add to the workout and get ready for a trip. Still had a mess on the ground where I cut up a dead tree so got the tractor, moved all the rounds to the splitter, put the burning size rounds on the storage pallet, and raked the little sticks into the FEL bucket...filled it up. Glad I did based on this morning's rain and the forecast this week. Ordered a new filter for the splitter so I can change the hydraulic fluid.

Outside chores done E muffin time.

Good morning, the low is 54 and going to a high of 64°F. Wind ENE 9 mph. Cloudy with 40% chance of showers.

I may get after the lights today, IF no rain.

Buppies, my neighbours are 'out of sight, out of mind'. The best way to have them. I cannot see their houses from my front/back yard. My neighbour to the east at the end of my dead end road, his house burned down and I didn't know about it until someone else told me. Except for the driveway I am completely surrounded by Pine and Tamarack trees. I cannot see down the driveway from the house either.

Ron, it looks like your bird is telling you that you can take a picture of its' good side.

The guy that stole the portrait of Sir Winston Churchill came from the town just north of me (Powassan). The guy that bought it thought it was a copy, paid 10 grand for it. It was an original and worth about 1 million dollars. It is supposed to be going home now, to Ottawa.
