55 degrees in balmy Gettysburg PA going to 71 on a cloudy day that will turn to heavy rain late today.
But I will be gone, headed to Delaplane VA. Where it will be a degree or too warmer with rain tonight and a nice day tomorrow. Marvelous timing, thanks Mom.

boy these warmer temps feel good...
each time I head further South, it will get a little warmer. My bones are warming...

when I left home the daffodils were just starting to come out. Maybe I'll get my gardener/retired friend who loves to tend gardens to take some pics for me and send them to me. Long distance voyeur gardening....too bad, I have hundreds of bulbs planted in the front beds, and it's not a big property so the flowers blooming are really an eyefull. Well at least to my eyes...

I hate to shave, but I can only tolerate a beard in the winter. So I have found that shaving once a week is the best I can do. Since all the weddings and so forth on on the weekends, I shave most Fridays. I figure Taekwondo and the Tiny Mite cheerleaders can live with four or five day's growth.

I look like a bum after a couple of days. But the hair on the top of my head doesn't grow at all!!! Actually, nothing there!

35 and going into the 60's. Getting almost decent.

60 right now, headed to 78 they say. Gotta put some Polymeric Sand in some of the front pavers, hint, don't drive on the edge with the front end loader! Reconditioned the mower deck on the Simplicity zero turn over the last couple of days. Not a cheap process as the blade arbors are rebuildable with 2 bearings each, a couple of bushings and a gasket. It takes about $50 times three to do the job!

I too hate shaving, so I don't. I am the first male in 5 generations of my family to wear a full time beard.

WOO HOO!!!

I too hate shaving. But I have to so I wear a goatee and minimize the area requiring shaving. In 1983 I got a "Beard Chit" from my Naval Base commader and I've worn a full beard, or a goatee ever since.

Low 60°s here this am, but a beautiful spring day, birds chirping like they're happy. Feeder full of goldfinches and a flicker or two. Not using heat nor air so far today. Again yesterday, used both!
