Good morning all, 45F heading to 66F. Said goodbye to old house last night, even mowed the lawn 1 last time for old time sake. Sad to leave but starting a new chapter in our lives. Told the wife this morning that I still have a lot of work to do to complete the move but at least I do not have to drive 1/2 hr. to do it. Just need to unpack and straighten up new house.:thumbsup:

Dave, reporting 30s is one thing, but 29??? I love cold weather, but would like it to get here a little slower. You may want to keep 20s to yourself.

I think we are going to a fair today, too. It's called Field Day of the Past...old-time crafts and food, antique tractors, steam engines, truck pulling, etc.

Ya, I know the 20's mean fall is here and it's time to clean-up the garden and all that stuff. We often have a frost like that about now, then not again for a couple weeks. For historical averages, it's right on schedule.

It is always an odd feeling to knowingly do something for the last time that has been a part of your life for a long time.

Hope you enjoy the new house and change of scenery. Will your lifestyles change a lot?

I must agree Dave can keep his 20's. That means winter. Fall is 40's.

56 this am. Headed to upper 70's. Good to see y'all have decent fairs to go to locally. I wish ours was. It's been run down for over 10 years now.
Off to bushhog hay fields today don't need another cutting. Have about 1.75 years worth of hay already. Then see if I can get some help with some dirt work this evening. If not will be cutting trees. Good day all

Don't think so, still will go to Antique tractor shows, but will not have to have the 1/2 hr drive to and from work, so I guess I will be able to sleep more.:laughing:

About 68° this morning here in GA. Time for my second cup of coffee. Got to finish my wood cutting, clean up today. Whew, one thing about owning ye own place, no matter which easy chair ye are in, everywhere ye look there's something needs doing.

71F and .03 inches rain yesterday.

Initial reaction from ultrasound tech was good, but of course have to wait for official Dr follow up. Sporting my Holter today

Off to town for a few errands and breakfast, then home and wait for FedEx

Nope, just insurance when I did my annual, PC asked if I ever had a cardio work up. No, other than a treadmill test over 10 years ago. She said to get one before I
had a problem. Treadmill stress test next Tues, Dr followup on 10/1.
