25F cloudy high 40F,rain moving in early evening than turning to snow,depending on what forecast 3-5 or 1-3 inches but were going to get something to shovel.
Couple putter jobs outside before early afternoon than watch some football.

No wind today, a dusting of snow and our first hard frost of 2015. (-4C/ 25F)
A dazzling sun broke through the mist while I was walking round the fields.
The sheep were really pleased to see me, well not me actually, it was the hay they were looking forward to.

34 heading to 51. Went to bed after midnight with bright stars, and got up before light with hard rain. Such a fast change for this time of year.

Eric, gorgeous place you have - reminds me of parts of our Shenandoah Valley.

Drew, you are still so busy on your house - so smart to get it all done early on - you'll be able to enjoy spring and those new implements.

Don, nice brush pile. Hope you don't have burn permit problems like Bill.

Nearby friend was so generous with his firewood yesterday - cut and split a 5x10 trailer full of oak. He still has many large oaks on the ground from a sheer wind that passed through last year. Took the roof off a barn next door.

Went back with the wives for a delicious chili and cornbread dinner and then played a game called Mexican Train - never heard of it, but with 6 of us playing, it was a blast.

Good morning, all. Busy week, and busy day yesterday. Beautiful day it turned out to be. Almost 70, sunny and bright. Fixed a leaky waterline to the barn, fixed a leaky barn roof, and harrowed the turnout paddock and finished the chor list by turning the compost pile. Then a quick walk, shower, and off the the optometrist for a check. Seems my eyes have detriorated since the last check. You know you have a problem when the opometrist says to you "Hmmm, so how do you feel about getting a dog..."

So here's the conundrum-how do you pick out new glasses (frames) when your pupils are dialated and you cannot see? Guess that's how I ended up with these goofy things!

Beautiful pictures the red sky is awesome. The pictures of the pond and sheep do remind me of the Shenandoah Valley

Cloudy this morning but high in 50s later

Weather predicting very difficult in this fast flow pattern and with positive AO winter may be doomed until March if any to speak of at all at least for us in SW Virginia

The dryness in the Mid West may lead to rough wind storms this upcoming Sprind and Summer

Off to church then maybe some football or maybe not
