Haven't had much time to use it. Got the tractor, 300x FEL with 4n1 bucket (not a JD) and the MX5 bush cutter. Will try to take some time this weekend to give it a work out - especially the bucket. Want to get good at grabbing things with the 4n1. Got lots of piles of cut trees/shrubs that I want to move to burn and they're probably loaded with snakes so I'm doing it with the tractor. Amazing how small it seems after I only rode it for 1-2 hours. So far so good. Love the power and the tight turning circle.

Very cool... enjoy it and be sure your ballast is rigged up... oh, and try not to get it to dirty. Love the look of the pretty clean machines... ;)

How about some pics... :)

Dealer filled tires with something for ballast. Seems to be pretty stable but I haven't really lifted much with the FEL. Just a little bit of dirt and some rocks. Also had the MX5 in back to balance things. Hard to keep it clean when bush hogging (my first time). Crap flys everywhere - seeds etc.; just that time of year I guess. I'm really digging it though. Actually looking forward to getting out and cutting the grass/brush etc. I'm sure that won't last forever but then maybe I can get my son to do it in a few years!

So you have the 300X or 300CX loader? If 300X do you have the loader mounted hard lines for the 3rd function or how do you connect up the hydraulic linse for the bucket cylinders?

I'd have to take a closer look at it to answer your question. Won't be til Friday or Saturday. Tractor is at some land that i bough south of town. Dealer installed the loader/bucket. It is the 300x though.

Just curious. The JD oil line kit is for the 300CX but I got it to work with my 300X, Doubt a dealer would do what I did though. Please let me know the solution they choose for you.

BTW - you just bought an absolutly awesome tractor. Congrats.
