Grand L3830 3 hour test drive

A local Kubota dealer is awesome. The salesman wants to make sure I buy the "right" tractor. He had a L3830 with FEL delivered and gave me 3 hours of use. WOW!!!!!!!!!!! Nice tractor. Amazing tractor.

What did I learn? I need more power. the L3830 is very nice, I just want more power. not a fault of the tractor.

The dealer represents a good dealer. He walked me through his service department, introduced me to his mechanics and showed me around. Sweet.

Sounds like some other dealerships could learn something from him. When I was shopping I had 3 dealerships of a certain green tractor that would not allow me to try out the machine at my home for a couple hours. Even the Kubota dealership didn't introduce me to their service department. Sounds like it has helped you decide on the tractor you need

Both my local JD and Kubota dealers made this offer. I went Kubota and the dealer told me he'd take it back if I wasn't happy. 7 years later and I still love my L3710. 2 years ago I went back for a ztr, same deal, let me drop it off for you to try out. I bought the zd21, they didn't book the sale for a few days, giving me a chance to change my mind. Amazing service.

The Kubota dealer has been awesome. I am very lucky to have stumbled onto them. Now, a certain Case dealer has done nothing but treat me poorly. One day I made an appt for the following Saturday to meet with the owner to look at a DX55. He kept me waiting 30 minutes after our meeting was supposed to start. I have not gone back.
