Just arrived after trying to remove the starter from my 4500 D engine. Seems theres a 3rd bolt but havn't found it or reached it yet

Thanks, but I found it, getting to it will be a challange, putting it BAK will be worse

The 3 cyl diesels are a booger for that top starter bolt. A few extensions and a wobble socket help, many times you have to take the fuel filter head loose.
