I'd like to be able to weld that well!!

You start by getting a large bird, like a parrot, then feed him a lot and watch him real closely. You will get the idea pretty quickly. Oh, be sure to line the floor with old newspapers....

This really did make me groan. I've been watching youtube clips of Leno's "Jaywalking" where he goes out on the street and asks people various questions about history. This apparently is a takeoff of that, done by students... The enclosed screenshot is from their video.
