Ground clearance and other weak points

Critical stuff hanging down on the underside should get some protection.

Ground clearance with the backhoe on may not be so important as the hoe can lift and move the tractor.

I have problems getting in/out of my tractors, so my L5740HST has fairly low aftermarket steps. I figured repairing them every one in a while was a good trade off for ease of access. Knowing what to watch out for, I've never had issues.

ovrszd was nice enough to build some filter protectors for our M8540HDC. Paul short makes some shield for some Kubotas; love them. I believe Eric the Oracle has some nice ones you may convince a shop or friend to fab for you.

We have some older tractors that that really validates "they don.t maked them like they us to". just can't seem to break them.
