I don't know if it will work or not but when I was installing my power flow set up the deck was the issue. Point is compare the decks to get an idea of what will fit and see if JD parts has a break down for the deck in question. Make sure you can add the proper drive pulley too. It has been a couple of years since I did this but I do remember having to trim some of the flange to properly fit it to the deck.
