Well,
I should have added that I have only used the GP heat one time (About 35 degrees) but I am gonna change them
There is just a slight difference in the old GP vs the new ones, They are exact except the nut & washers on top are a little different
I only re-attached GP wires while trying to diagnose/solve lights not working, making sure ALL connections were clean & OK
Lights work now
I think the ground connection under the dash was the culprit for light failure, I am just a little surprised any thing else worked
I removed the wires. ground the paint off, used a glob of diaelectric grease, used a better fastener, & have all lights
I am going to replace switches & GP in near future, probably when I remove & clean the fuel tank
