I'm not "getting" it. That's a solution looking for a problem kind of thing to me. You put the socket on the lug not, then you hit the air with one hand while the other hand loosely lets the impact socket glide under it.

What's the reason that I would want or need this spinning sleeved extension thing?

From my perspective, I don't see a bit of value added to the job by having this.

When I started at a car dealership as a tech, I would grab my impact with a torque stick like that sometimes. An older guy saw me do that and said if that thing breaks while you are holding it, it would hurt. Never did it again. I didn't do it for any reason, just kinda mindless.

Delicate, yeah. With cuts, callouses and today's weld burns on them. I was just wondering why someone would buy the tool and if I was missing some key feature.

I think its 11' reach.. Is that from the ground to max height or its normal relaxed position,{about 4'}, THEN 11' ??

^^ I got a couple of those at RK a few years back on a buy 1, get 1 deal. $5 for both as I recall. Work good, use a standard replacement razor blade.


This is a cool little flashlight for $4 on coupon. Brighter than you'd expect and durable.
