I'm retiring from the Gov. and I'm looking at buying 70 acres in Pollock LA. I hope to have a simple cow-calf operations, along with boer goats, Jersey White Giants chickens and grey slate turkeys.

16 May is my close date, then we dozer the stumps off and start building the house. Im thinking I start seeding my fields when grass in the fall.
