Help Identifying a Ford Industrial?

I am looking at a used tractor that is yellow abs blue. Current owner swears it's a 70's but I think its 69? Can someone identify this?

Built in November 1969 probably sold new in 1970. He may well have a bill of sale dated 1970.

I believe the first line C40… is the model, the second line 9L13… is the production code, and the third line is the serial number.

The production code 9L13 indicates a 1969 November 13 date.

C40XXX - 3400 Diesel utility 1965-1975

as stated the 9L13B - Nov 13,1969 "B" shift build date
the C255XXX serial number also falls in the year 1969
