Price Check Help pricing 2003 DK45 TLB 145 hours

As much as I would like to hold onto my 2003 DK45 TLB, the house is finished and I can't justify such a large machine to keep the field mowed. It is a fantasic tool for digging footings, drainage/utility lines, etc.

Please let me know what you think it's worth. The machine is as follows:

- 2003 Kioti DK45
- 145 hours
- All maintenance completed according to the book or better
- Kioti 1590 S loader (has the improvements to deal with the roll back power/angle issues)
- Heavy duty loader bucket
- Kioti KB2385 8.5' backhoe with 18" bucket
- Hook on pallet forks
- Rear remote
- Filters for 300 hour service
- Excellent condition, original owner

I'm located in Northern California.

Any help with how to price is much appreciated.
