The torque requirement can be calculated with:

(Pressure X Pump Displacement) / 2 pi

pressure in psi, displacement in cubic inches and result will be Inch-lbs.

You have the HP to run a hyd pump or pumps.

If you are going to drive a 4 wheel vehicle with wheel motors on each wheel, you will need about 5 to 10 HP per wheel to power the machine.

If you will are going to use hyd attachments, you need to figure out and add up the hyd requirement for the pump flow GPM and pressure required.

You can use Variable Speed Pumps for the drive and gear pumps for the cyl or hyd motors.The hyd motors can be series or parallel of series-parallel.
