i have a 2004 AGCO st30x hydro and the manual says that the hydraulic oil should be changed after 50 hours and i have just reached 50 hours. which hydro oil brand and type do you recommend.

Permatran III / XL (what ever) AGCO calls it. Just ask for Permatran. It's a good high quality hydraulic fluid. I have seen to many tractors have problems with other brands of fluids.

Rotella will be fine for the engine in either dino or synthetic with the synthetic being a good upgrade.
As far as the UTF goes your ST30X should call for AGCO-ALLIS 821XL or AGCOSTAR 821XL as the spec. Most UTF's meet this spec but check the label to be sure. One suggestion would be TRC's Universal Torque Fluid or UTF Red.
I think your front differential / hubs call for either a SAE 80 gear oil meeting GL-4 spec or UTF.
