I just bought a 10 year old Kubota with 280 hours

Does anyone know if the filter elements supplied by Kubota are water washable? Some makes are, I don't know about the Kubotas.

They are not. Only blow out with low pressure compressed air from the inside out. Low pressure means below 35 PSI.

and have seen so many machines that people neglect air filter maintenance.

Air filters, tire pressure, starting batteries and connections as well as not greasing grease points are all the major lack of maintenance issues.

Any filter is better than the original K&N oiled cloth gravel strainers. ;-)
