Info On A Ford 917A Flail?

There is a Ford 917A flail for sale locally that appears in pictures to be in decent shape.
So far, my research is showing that the only flails it uses are the side slicer type.
Flail Master lists 2 types.

Anyone know any more on this? Can this flail use anything taht is a tougher flail knife?

Any other things to look for or watch out for on this model?

Seller is asking a lot for it and I think it is over priced but we're going to go look at it anyway and see.

Thanks, I figured this was all that is available.
I have the side slicers on my 917L and I hit a 2 inch by 1 foot stick and it bent two knives!
I think unless I can buy this one cheap it is better to get a new one with hammers!

Make sure you buy even the smallest Del Morino flail shredder with the cast hammer knives.
