I took the cover back off 3 times to check if stop lever was lined up properly I did have to unbolt the pump to tip it forward because I dropped the spring and stud that holds the governor spring to the gov. arm inside injector. I did not pull it away from the housing just tipped it down so I could get my tiny magnet in side to retrieve pin.I tipped it back up never disengaging the gears that turn the pump. I placed it back on 0 degrees. I know I have the gov. spring in the proper holes center on gov. arm center hole on throttle link. I am at my wits end this is driving me nuts, I am stuck in a customers back yard for 3 weeks. I cant move or tow tractor it has back hoe and bucket that are on the ground. do you know of any way to get the bucket or hoe up? so I can move it?
