Ino Brezice products

Hi guys, I just wanted to write this to give a heads up to all of my fellow tractorheads out there.

I purchased several products from this Slovenian manufacturer, INO BREZICE inobrezice.com, unfortunately their products are poorly designed and produced.
Not one time did I use ie. the spreader and did the job without an issue.

Their after sale support is practically non existent. I emailed and called directly to their Slovenian Operation in Brezice to get some issues resolved, to buy parts.
no response and no support. Tried buying parts from their distributors, they all directed me to them in Brezice.

I have write emails to different email addresses since 2020. I only got one response from Mr Matej Povh to send photos which I did and then no follow up nor response.

I guess it is the way Slovenian manufacturers operate, I have had similar experience with Zupan.si (sprayers), AgroMehanika...


Anyhow, thought I would share this with you guys. I can back all of this up with screenshots of emails.
