The 2515 is 500+ lbs heavier than the L2501. That is about 25% more.Branson makes a slightly heavier compact tractor with < 25.479 horsepower.

However, it takes a 50% increase in bare tractor weight before an operator can feel a real capability increase. A 10% difference in bare tractor weight is essentially meaningless.
Sit them side by side. The Branson dwarfs the Kubota. It lifts more. It does more work. You are all about weight until it makes the precious orange tractor look bad, then it is meaningless.Kubota L2501 HST, 4-WD = 2,623 pounds.
2,969 (2515H) - 2623 (L2501) = 346 pounds
2,969 (2515H) / 2623 (L2501) = 1.1319%
Meaningless in the field.
The L2501 is the only 4 cylinder in that class that I know of. Honestly, that's it's only pro in my book. Well maybe that and it's not green.
