It normal for the boom to drop down on the hoe when parked overnight,if not latched? The loader does not drop overnight.

I have an L39 that's in pretty good shape, 550hrs. The hoe will drop overnight if left unlocked. This never caused any functional problems that I know of.

Yes, that's a lot of weight for it to hold up, mine does the same.

I would recommend setting the boom down before leaving it a while anyway to let the weight off the rear tires.

Mine is either locked in place or setting on the ground, I never leave it unlocked and up as that puts unnecessary load on the seals. Best to leave the loader and stabilizers down too for the same reason.

My dirtbike mechanic friend says the same thing about the seals and I still don't get it considering how much pressure is on them when digging.
