JD 2320 oil leaking on front tire?

Ya...my dirt here in FL is very fine. I think they make sand paper out of this stuff! Lol

It did start to leak just a little since.... but once I noticed I took my garden hose with fine tip sprayer and cleaned what I could outside/around.....and got it to stop.
