The tracks on my 450E dozer are stiff. Only a few can be moved up/down by hand. I think it may just be rusty. Local JD dealer said they've had some luck with driving dozer and pouring old oil/hydraulic fluid on the track as it rolls. Anybody done this or have other tricks.

We used a hand held pump sprayer with pb blaster (1 gal can) and diesel fuel. on a excavator.

Where did you get on blaster by the gallon. Did you mix it with diesel or spray them separately. After spraying did you just let it soak or did you drive right away to get tracks flexing. If soaked first how long.

Hi I think napa auto parts mixed 1 gal pb 2 gal diesel sprayed moving slow back and forth then again let it soak You have to run it to get the tracks loose ,spray it over nite then run it
