JD 5093E FRONT WEIGHT PLATE BRACKET

It's hollowed out & weighs 117lbs

My buddy's 5425 has # R183722 which looks the same Bolt pattern.
It's Solid & weighs 187lbs.



My question is, will the older heavier solid R183722 fit my 5093E before I order it ??

I'm also gna measure my buddy's bolt pattern, but it's too much trouble to remove & try.

Dealer Cldnt tell me cause its not listed.

The bolt holes measure exactly the same both ways though.

It'll fit & it's ordered

I noticed the part # R262449 is now listed in jdparts for the 5425, so suspect the reason is the extra heavy bracket (R183722) being phased out in favor of one easier to handle.
But you are ready for that challenge, and glad it is going to work out for you.

All this new stuff is lighter & cheesier lol
