JD 5210 engine died and can't get it started

My neighbors JD 5210 engine died and won't restart. It has good fuel flow from tank to filter housing but NO FUEL will pass through NEW FILTER and out bleeder. Can hand(primer) pump block flow? Air will blow out bleeder but no fuel. Fuel cutoff on filter body is open. Thanks,Jim

Maybe this video will help, his problem was in the hand pump. Same engine and filter as in a 5210.

Thanks for the video. Well neighbor blew out the orifices in the filter housing and got fuel through housing and ""engine running"". He didn't see any obstruction but something was preventing fuel flow to inj pump. Thanks for everyone's help.
