JD 8100 transmission problems

I have a 1995 8100 bought it new and it has had problems from that point forward. JD had a recall on it and my dealer went into the trans and replaced all the computer controls for trans. Ever since then it would not always shift from 12th to 13 gear and sometimes it would put itself in park and not move. Let it sit for a few mins and most of the time it would go back to work and might not give trouble for several months or it might do the same thing in less than 1 hr. We figured out if we did not use the clutch it would not give any problem. My dealer says it is because its a hyd pressure problem and the transmission need repairing but I still think its some type of electrical problem because it happens so sporadic. I know this is a little rambling but its hard to explain it all without writing a book, I would appreciate any help.

Doo you know if any error codes are generated when transmission is not working properly? Your symptoms could be a sign of a defective clutch pressure switch. Depending on you transmission serial number, it could be 2 different part numbers and it can be in two locations. First diagram is prior to 20,000 trans serial number and clutch switch is item #11. Second diagram is after #20,000 and clutch switch is #10.
