Jinma 254 Hitch doesn't lift

Hi to all, I'm new in TBN. I purchased a 2007 Jinma 254 in March 2010 with only 3 hours on it. It came with a 60" Finishing Mower and a 4 to 1 FEL (uninstalled), after $100 on bolts and nuts and around 25 working hours I put it together. After 12 hours of use I notice that the Hitch does not work propertly, so I decided to change all lubricants and filters, after that the Hitch won't work anyway, I unescrewed the 4 side bolt on top of the Hitch activator (some fluid start to came out) and closed again, by doing that the Hitch start to move so, i did mowing for around 3 hours, and after that, the Hitch doesn't lift again, by the way some fluid came out of the fill neck on the reseivor. I just read the Forum looking for some hits were to start looking.
Any advice or recomendation?

there is an adjustment in front/under the seat. Have you tried turning that? What type of fluid did you use? Did you clean the screen in the tank{if it had one}?
