John Deere 3140 Hissing Noise Inside Rockshaft Housing - Normal?

It is a open station with a cozy cab on it. It's tricky to get it out without removing the cab but I've done it once already. I did have the 3pt arms moving it up and down prior to this happening but I never did adjust the load control since I've put it back together. I did make sure I aligned that key 16 into the fork as I was lowering it down but.... But.... I guess I'll have to see again. That load control will not move down at all still and the 3pt linkage is not releasing one of the spool valves so that the arms just shoot up all the time. Like I said, it's odd because it was working before, I just wanted to adjust that tapered screw to make sure it was all set right.

Is it possible that the bottom of that load control arm that rides the draft link bar at the bottom 21 & 35 is on the wrong side of the bar? I did have to remove that shaft a few years back to change the seals for the shaft at each side. So could it be possible that the arm is on the wrong side of the shaft thus causing this issue? I've never moved the load control lever until now, it's always been set at the middle.

No not that I'm aware of BUT I've read where pin(key 22) has on occasion been dislodged from arm(key 21). If 3 pt has operated until recently I'll guess follower(key 16) out of correct location or spring(key 19) isn't attached.

I'll take a look with the inspection camera again and report back before I tear into it. I don't really want to take this off again.
