Hi there I am new to the forum
I have a problem with my tractor, I hope someone can lead me into the right direction for what I should check to figure this out.
I was out in the bush with a rotary cutter. At some point when backing up Al of the sudden the tractor just turned off and that was it. There was no lights on the cluster just nothing. Turning the key on and off does nothing
I figured branch might have damaged some wiring underneath and there was a big one that was jammed in, I cut it away and pulled it out but I see no damage to any wires at all.
I have since towed it out of the bush and started pulling it apart. Pulled of rear wheel to see if I can see damage to wiring where the branch was stuck. Pulled off all the trim around steering column, around ignition and fuse box. Tested relays and fuses
ignition switch seams to work still because if I turn it on and push in the relay for glow plugs turn on. And if i turn on the light switch then the lights turn on as well as the lights and hours meter on the cluster. The battery died overnight because I left the ignition switch on. Which I think means that there is power still going somewhere with the key on...
Now I am at the end of my ideas. I cannot find anything that looks damaged or wrong. Would there be something that if disconnected would make it not start or light up the cluster?
Any help would be very appreciated, I really need to get it going, because I still have a lot to work with it..
