huh? not enough details. whats wrong? why did you buy instrument cluster in first place? and for what problem? are you having problems with wire connections?

Maybe he meant the cluster was dead, not dear. I would start with checking fuses, then grounds, then connectors.
Did you get an operators manual if not here is a link to an online copy, along with how to order manuals from John Deere.
