I have been looking for a good used flail mower for almost a year now. The only thing dry about Washington State is the amount of Flail Mowers (very few), I have searched Craig's List weekly and have only found old rusted units. There was a very nice Ford 918H about 6 months ago, but it sold in an hour, price was low.
Found a Befco H80 on E-bay about a week ago, and decided to buy it. I got it for $1120, and it is barely used
. A manufacturing company bought it to try on a tractor they were developing. The paint is still intact under this thing. It's a 72" cut weighs 1100lbs and has some beefy "Y" blades. Sorry no action shots, I didn't have time today. I had it shipped from Wisconsin to Washington for $330. If anyone wants info on the freight broker I used just let me know. They were great to work with. Shipping prices ranged from $330 to $3,000, I cannot believe anyone would pay $3,000 to have a mower shipped.
