I've always rec'd quick service for the 2 times, maybe 3 from Barlows that I've needed it. Not sure buying several tractors has been a big factor but I did buy my 16th new Kubota, 17th total of 18 (bought one used one form and individual and bought one of my formerly owned ones back from Barlows) from Steve Barlow today. Bought a new BX25 (so new it's still on the truck coming to Barlows) and traded in my B2620 FEL BH with 73 hours and Steve said he'd take $18000 for it.
I don't expect priority service over working farmers during cutting season but that has never been an issue.
