its a 2005 with 200 hours. its been garaged most of the time. It has a gannon on it....the loader is a la302

We see those sell around here for $8000-9000.

Prices are very regional.

My first tractor was a new 2005 Kubota B7510HST with the LA302 FEL. Cost was $12,600 plus sales tax.
I traded it in Mar 2008 with about 200 hours showing for a new Mahindra 5525 and got $7800.
Today the trade in value is $6-6.8K and the retail is $8.2-9.1K. If you're buying from a dealer, then $9.5K is in the ball park. If it's a private deal, then $9.5K is high--should be more like $8.5K

Simply put. Yes, $9500 is too high. With so many CUTS for sale, there is no reason to over pay, imho. Push harder, or move on to another.

yes it does. it has a 302 with a gannon..

Now I am wondering if I should get a Bx23 Bx 24 or Bx25

A local guy here is selling a BX23 for $14000 120 hours or so on it.

He says its a 2008 but when I look online it seems like they didn't make that model in 2008 but moved onto the Bx24

is that correct? Is that a good price?
